Hiya! Yes I’m alive and well, even though it may seem otherwise due to my absence. Sometimes my life gets to be so much that I just completely space off things like blogging and then randomly remind myself to post!
This look is my attempt at incorporating black back into my wardrobe. Not that it ever really left, but I definitely stopped wearing it as much as I used to. This coming season is going to be all about pastels and bright colors, so naturally I have to go against the current and do the opposite! Haha just kidding! But seriously, I’m a guy that loves his color, but there will never not be an exceptionally special place in my heart for black. I recently thrifted these pants, and I’ve never been more satisfied with a purchase. They have a great fit and the pinstripe pattern has always been a big fave of mine. It’s a fun pattern that can be styled in a plethora of ways. One of those ways is with a cropped band hoodie, and can I just say, they work together outstandingly! Have a great weekend and as always, stay fab!!
Not going to lie, this is most likely my most favorite outfit post of 2018 to date. Even though we’re not even a full month in, I still think it’s a top contender. This blazer makes me feel like a box, but a very chic box at that! The blazer compliments this outstanding pair of 501’s almost melodically. The dark wash/selvedge denim look is something I’ve not always embraced, but am slowly learning to love. I think why I’m so obsessed with this outfit is because of how well each piece pairs so beautifully together. Also peep this amazing louis that I actually stole from my mom but that’s beside the point! It’s amazing and I love it!! Have a great week and stay fab!

My long search for the perfect white jean has finally concluded!! White denim is such a versatile and timeless wardrobe staple and I feel like I jumped on the bandwagon a bit late, but better late than never right?! These are vintage Wranglers that I thrifted the other day and they’re honestly so beautiful to just look at. A beautiful stark white wash, vintage fit, and noticeably made with expert craftsmanship! All of those things are what I was searching for in a white jean, and I’m finally victorious! I knew the second I got these that I wanted to pair them with my snakeskin boots! They’re obviously my new favorite shoe, but not only that, white and snakeskin are insanely complimentary to one another! I hope everyone has a wonderful week and as always…stay fab!
I thought I’d share some quick iPhone pictures I took on NYE. A group of friends and I drove up to Durango, CO for the day and had such a blast! Mexican food, vintage shopping, and photo shoots all made for the perfect end of 2017, and of course being with close friends was great too!
This sweater became an instant classic/staple in my wardrobe back when I scored it at a thrift store last October. I had been on a low key hunt for the PERFECT camel knit and my prayers were answered at a Thrift Town in Albuquerque! I laid eyes on this and instantaneously knew we were a match made in heaven. I ended up scoring this bomb Banana Republic knit for only $5!! How could anybody pass up an offer like that?? The sweater compliments my snakeskin boots like no other! I loved this look because it was full of different proportions and silhouettes like the super oversized fit of the sweater and cropped/relaxed cut of the denim. I’m trying to really push myself in terms of my looks and pairing my silver metallic tote with the look was my attempt at doing just that! I’m very convinced that this tote was made especially for me. When I first saw it I was overcome with so much emotion I just knew I had. To. Have. It. So I asked for it for Christmas and my mom came alllllll the way through! I’ve had this purse attached to my hip since the minute I unwrapped it and I don’t plan on changing that anytime soon! Have an extraordinary week and stay fab!
This year was anything but ordinary. It threw just about everything at me and somehow I’m still alive and somewhat thriving. It was a difficult year to say the least, but through it all i learned a world of new things about myself and what I want for my future etc. Through my challenges, I prospered and am somehow still alive to write this! I want to say thank you to every single person reading this. If you’re reading this, I want you to know that I am grateful for your time and reads. Every like, comment and view makes me feel like I’m not just writing words with some pictures of myself after. In the beginning I wanted my blog to reflect my personal style, but also to inspire and express my adoration for all things fashion. You’ve all made this year one for the books and I can’t wait to show you what I have in store for 2018! Have a safe and wonderful night and a HAPPY NEW YEAR! Stay fab!
Thank you again for reading my blog and for supporting my procrastinating ass! I love you all and am so grateful for what this blog has done for me! Have an amazing, love-filled 2018! ✨❤️
As I write this, I lay in bed wide awake with no hope of sleep anytime soon. It just so happens that it’s also Christmas Day as of an hour ago my time, and honestly that blows my fucking mind. I have no recollection of 2017 but all I know is that it drained me. Not only was it personally draining, but as a world & a human race, it was especially draining. My mind is currently racing with thoughts of what I’ll be opening tomorrow and there’s also an ongoing battle of whether Rey is Luke Skywalker’s daughter or not?!?!
This outfit is a prime example of my uniform this winter. A comfy turtleneck, even comfier denim, and even comfier slip ons! Can you tell I’m all about comfort for winter? Living in a desert, when we experience a season, we experience a season. We get all that the season has to offer, so obviously that means when it’s cold, it’s COLD! Because it’s so cold, my instinct is to automatically reach for my comfortable and minimal pieces. Also, I love tucking long sleeves into vintage denim because it gives me the ultimate 90’s vibe that I’m flat out infatuated with. Add some croc skin slip ons and you’ve got a comfy, yet ultra chic winter fit! Have an extraordinary Christmas and an even better rest of your break! And always stay fab!
I have been on a serious blazer kick for the past few weeks. I’m not completely sure how it started but I do know that I have no plans of stopping anytime soon. Blazers, especially oversized ones, add a distractingly cool and chic feel to any outfit. They’re so much fun to experiment with, that I decided to go out of my comfort zone and pair it with a vintage graphic tee! This particular blazer & tee combo is one that I fell instantaneously in love with. At first I was skeptical that the pairing would look odd together, but I soon realized that they complimented each other sublimely. Have a great weekend and stay fab!
